I've called SWA at least 3 times to ask why my rapdi rewards points did not get credited to my account when I travelled to Cancun, Mexico on February 16 thru February 21, 2017. When I checked my account it lists the both flights, however, zero points are not listed.

Did you pay for your flight or use points? You will not earn points if you used points for the flight. You can request past points from you Rapid Rewards account under "manage"
