I recently booked a flight from Philadelphia to Costa Rica for March 2018. I received a confirmation # and my credit card was charged for the full amount of the flight. However, it states that this route is still awaiting Federal Approval? When will I know if this route is approved. I can't wait until the last minute to try to find new flights??
