Is Belise departure tax included in SWA airline ticket?

Have read through cost and payment summary of our SWA round trip airline tickets from Denver to Belize. Trying to determine if the departure Tax Belize charges is included in the airline ticket?

I would say yes, it's built into the ticket.  when I try to book that flight with points it shows me paying the departure Tax as $61.31
