Mexico a Go?

What is the story on flights going to Mexico. Are they happening or not? I have a flight from Cabo to the LAX on 12/27. Do I need to find another airline?

This is what the website say's. "Subject to Government Approval. Southwest is currently awaiting government approval for this route. We anticipate approval to be granted shortly with no impacts to your travel plans"

Good new southwest got the paperwork they needed to resume service from LAX to Mexico so service should resume today or very soon.
