me and my wife both on standby roundtrip to mexico. my passport can't be scanned by kiosk even i changed another machine both in san jose and mexico, but my wife's passport is ok. we all applied the passport at the same time. i really dont know who can answer kiosk problem, how that question be addressed? as standby passenger, i have to get security doc (not boarding pass) to enter tsa in order to standby list by get gate agent. another way to get security doc would be wait a long line to counter agent to get the doc printed.
