My husband filled out the online application last night. The message “Verifying your information... Thank you. We’re processing your request and may need more information from you. We appreciate your patience. Please don’t click “Refresh” or the “Back” arrow in your browser or your request will be lost,” was on screen for over 2 hours. Every 8 minutes a message appears to click ok or the session will be closed in 5 minutes. We tried again this morning with the same results - currently on the 3rd hour of waiting. Is this typical??? Is there a better way???

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
If the online application is not working, you should probably discuss with Chase as the transaction is between you and Chase.
