SWA policy of giving A-list and A-list preferred priority on check-in continues to be down, SWA's has notified clients it has an issue, no expectation of resolution and no options other than welcome back to the infrequent non-loyal pool. Given SWA traditional focus on client service and smiles, it is a bit shocking, no message of we apologize just - Priority check-in temporarily unavailable for A-List and A-List Preferred Members - be patient. It's been three days at least.
