I thought SWA sent a promotion out to be able to purchase points to hit a-list preferred?

I am A-List and didn't get a promotion to buy up to A List Preferred.
you can always give customer relations a call at 855-234-4654 but they are closed today and i am guiessing the promo would end today.

I am in the same situation and I did call the service line below. They told there is a promotion out there that was emailed to A List Preferred members BUT she would not help me identify the email from the literally hundreds of emails I receive from Southwest. I am lost. I thought members were treated with a little extra care. Right now, I feel like they are playing hide and seek.

I want to know if we buy these points, will they qualify for A List Preferred?

No. Purchased points do not count towards A-List.
In the past, Southwest offered some specific customers the ability to "buy up" to A-List, but I know of no such current promotion.
