Hello everyone,
Apologies if this has been discussed, but doing a couple quick searches I couldn't find an answer.
I had booked a flight and paid cash at the time, I now have enough RR points to cover that flight. Is it possible to change the booking from using cash to using RR points?
There is currently a 92 minute wait on the customer service line which is probably caused by the hurricane, so I figured I could just check here.
Thank you!

You can but you will only receive a credit to use one year from the original date of purchase for a future flight if you purchased a Wana Get Away fare, not a refund. If I were you, I would save the points and use on a future flight. You would only receive a refund if you purchased a Anytime fare or a Business Select fare.

That is what I thought. Thank you! I was hoping for an option to just "change" and then select the new flight with points instead of dollars. Appreciate the help.
