 Was purchasing tickets for my two teen children today. Tried to set up a Rapid Rewards account for each, but was blocked and told there was already an existing account for them. Neither I, their dad, or they remember setting up an account and have no log in information and can't figure out how to retrieve any info. How can I go about finding their accounts or setting up new ones? Tried to call, but was on hold for over a half hour.
