Companion Pass points

Hi - curious if anyone knows whether you are still eligible for the Companion Pass if you earn 110,000 points in 1 calendar year and use some of those points BEFORE hitting the 110,000 mark? Or if you are no longer eligible for the Companion Pass since you used some of the 110,000 points before hitting 110,000 first?

Using your points does not affect your Companion pass eligibility.
