I'm not sure I understand what you're asking.
First, which Chase card do you mean? (There's no "business priority visa.")
For personal, there's the Plus, Personal and Priority. All three earn from Chase 2 points per $1 of Southwest purchases.
On the Business side, there's the Premier and Performance cards (and an older Plus that's no longer issued). Premier (and Plus) earns from Chase 2 points per $1, and Performance earns from Chase 3 points per $1.
Points earned from Southwest vary depending on the fare type:
Wanna Get Away: 6x base fare (exclusive of taxes and fees)
Wanna Get Away: 10x base fare (exclusive of taxes and fees)
Business Select: 12x base fare (exclusive of taxes and fees)
Using the Southwest Business Performance card to purchase a higher-priced Business Select fare would earn the most points.
Keep in mind that Business Select fares (as well as Anytime ones) can be significantly more expensive than Wanna Get Away. If you can find a lower cost Business Select fare to your destination, and use the Performance card for the purchase, that might represent the best "value" available.
Does that help?
