@You'll have to call or reach out to @SouthwestAir on twitter - don't send any personal details until they ask for a direct message if you opt for twitter - what you've described are the obvious ideas we will have on this community for opting in and having incorrect address.
The third one is that people take reward flights and count them in their ten, but I assume that even if you had a few points redemptions it wouldn't cover all 18 legs!
