I changed a flight and was eligibile for a credit. I did not book with Rapid Rewards and Selected email for the receipt delivery. How long does it take to get this credit delivered to my email? Or is there something else I need to do in order to get this credit?

I would go to this Southwest link http://swa.is/1s49Waq and click on "view travel funds" using the conformation number that you believe you have travel funds linked to.

says I have 0 funds in the travel balance. Granted I just completed this change this morning. I never received a receipt email after I changed though. Should I call Southwest?

I'm not saying that you did this but... I wonder if you completed the transaction when you made the change, I have done this in the past... You should try it again it can't hurt..
