How do I cancel rewards point flight?

I booked a flight for friends using rewards points. One of them is not able to fly...how do I cancel their flight? Will the points come back to me? Can I use them for one of my flights or does it have to be used for the friend again?

Hi 

From the Southwest home page click on Flight/Hotel/Car then click on manage reservation.

You will receive all of your points back and can use them any way you want.  You want to make sure before you complete the the cancel, you Want to choos the security fee to be refunded to you credit card and not a credit for future use.
