I ordered 8 amazon gift card and now amazon saying they are already used! what can I do?

Contact More Rewards. This is a known issue, and is the reason More Rewards is no longer (for now) offering Amazon Gift Cards.

 

To place an order or inquire about an existing order, call 1-800-833-4861 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.

If you decide to contact them be prepared for total disappointment.  I have the same problem and have contacted both Amazon and Southwest.   Southwest is uninterested in helping and said I didn't call within the required window which from my original phone call I was told is 30 days.    Since there are indications this is a known problem, I find  it very disappointing that I am out $200 and neither Amazon nor Southwest seem to care.   For full disclosure, my cards are almost two years old but have been in my safe and have no expiration date.

UPDATE:   Amazon stepped up and made it right.  Hats off to Amazon.
