It's been three months since I reached amount for initial bonus points and no points credit.

You may want to call Chase Credit card services, not SWA.  Call the 1-800 number on the back of the credit card and they will be able to explain the situation.  They can verify that your Rapid Reward accountnumber is connected to your Rapid Reward account.  They will also know if your bonous points have been awarded.

Good luck!

I tried that. Chase told me to call SW, SW told me to call Chase. Arrgh.

To say that I am upset is an understatement. It turns out that I was $54 under my 3 month spending threshold to get the Bonus Points. The $54 was interest. I read the rules ten times but I was concerned about going over my $XXXX limit so I would not get an over the limit fee. I checked my balance several times a month and I was over the $XXXX amount several times.

So now it has been five months since I was issued the card and I will get NO BONUS POINTS AT ALL. BUYER BEWARE. How many people does this happen to? Another sucker goes down.

I understand all that. So in other words, I would have needed to go over my credit limit to receive the miles and would have received an over the limit fee just to get the miles. I should not have been so concerned about that I guess. Now I'm $XXXX in bedt with no miles.

Wow. Thats total crap. And to boot, their customer service SUCKS!! I'm sorry that happened. I'm not feeling so great about this new-found relationship with Chase.

Oh for heavens sake .... just pay off a small part of the balance in any month to stay below the credit limit. If you are at the credit limit then pay off $100 and you can then spend another $100 thus reaching your necessary target expenditures.
