Love the Kickass Certificates that SWA gives you with free drink coupons. I like the idea that when I see a SWA employee doing a great job I have ability to reward them. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
In Orlando I was put on standby at one gate and that agent forgot to hit the A List button so when I was confirmed on the new flight at the other gate it charged me the extra points to the anytime fare I noticed it and after telling the agent at the gate he's like let me make a call and got it fixed in about 10min rather than you can call customer relations later on to me going above and beyond for an issue he didn't create-- KICKTAIL for being amazing and saving me the phone call to customer relations
