Missing car rental points

I rented a car from Thrifty through Southwest website. It stated earn 600 points, but nothing has shown up on my account yet? 

I have never rented through Southwest before so I am lost.

I'm in a similar situation.  I rented a car from Dollar through the SW website, therefore my RR number was included on the reservation. However, the points have not been reflected on my account yet.  How long does it normally take to reflect the changes?

I only use Alamo and my points are deposited the next day after a I return the rental.  Check your rental recept and see if you were charged the frequent flyer surcharge...
