Hello,
I've rented cars via Southwest numerous times in the past and have always received my points within 72 hours of returining the car. However, this last rental with Hertz has not been completed. My RR number was included on the reservation and is noted on my receipt. Is there a reason I've not received my points?
Please advise.

You'll want to contact Hertz, they're the ones that give you the points.
