Your best bet is to contract customer service:
Unless you have an immediate need to do this, perhaps you should wait a while before making the contact . Southwest has it's hands full dealing with the virus situation.

Thank you. I completely agree that they have bigger things to address. I was looking at this as an option before contacting customer service directly.

Twitter may be a good way to lob it in and wait. Don't send any personally identifying information until you are asked to submit by direct message.
I also don't believe there is an online way to do it.
