I am trying to redeem points for a gift card. When I select the gift card I want and try to add it to the cart...I immediately get a message that I need to sign in. I was already signed in. What's the problem? Has anyone else had this problem lately?

Yes I'm having the same problem! So I signed up for this board to try and find an answer. I am already logged in, I add to the cart, it says I'm not logged in and need to log in again. So I click on the link provided to login, and the cycle continues... does anyone have any insight?

Yes, same issue with me when attempting to 'shop' with points.
Contacted "More Rewards" help at 1-800-833-4861. Points are only redeemable for domestic flights UNLESS you have the "Rewards Visa Credit Card". If you have the card, you can shop for "stuff'.

Has anyone got a response about this?????!!!!! I am currently trying to redeem my points as well and still having this issue with the log in!
