Rental Car Points

I rented a car through the SouthWest vacation website and have not received the Rewards points.  How can I make sure they get posted.

Have you returned your rental?  I use Alamo and my points post the next day after the return.

If you have returned your rental, look at your receipt and see if you were charged a frequent flyer fee.
