My aunt recieved a $100 voucher for her flight being delayed. Can this be transferred to someone else or is she the only one who can use it?

Vouchers are fully transferrable and can be used by anyone. They would just need the number and code from the voucher.
Once applied to travel, the ticket will take on the name of the passenger(s).
