Good morning,
I have a scheduled flight that most likely I will cancelled to Chicago for April 7, 2020. I will re schedule for a later date as I have read I can do. My question is , What if that later date needs to be re scheduled again? Will it be allowed? and does the same rules applied?
Thank you
Beatriz

Hello,
If you cancel your flight you can use those funds for up to one year from the date the flight was purchased, so you can use those funds to book a new flight. You can do this as many times as you need until the funds expire. The flight must be booked and completed prior to the travel funds expiration.

To add, while you can use/play with the funds however you'd like, they usually expire after ONE YEAR. SWA has extended that for everyone until June 30, 2021. Learn more: https://www.southwestaircommunity.com/t5/Blog/Additional-Schedule-Modifications-through-April-14-202...
