Application Status

Hi there, I recently interviewed for a pilot position.  The day after the interview we were instructed to complete some hiring forms online on icms.  My application showed 'closed complete' the day after the interview.  Does this mean I have been removed from the selection process or is this a normal part of the process? Thanks for any feedback.

I've never applied to work at Southwest but there are other forums where this is discussed, this one is the most concise.  You can also search for "closed complete" and you'll find the other discussion threads.

It looks like the official answer listed in some of the other discussions is that this is a normal status in the application process.  If you are selected to move forward, someone from the SW Recruiting Team will reach out to you either through phone or email.
