Thank you for your question on our Careers Community board and we are delighted to hear that you are interested in becoming a Flight Attendant! At Southwest we embrace and are committed to a diverse workforce and inclusive work enviroment. The requirements for being hired as a Flight Attendant, you must have a valid, unrestricted passport from your country of origin that you must obtain, without assistance from Southwest, prior to the first day of Flight Attendant training class. Flight Attendants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not have plans to open our Flight Attendant role in the immediate future.
