What are the hiring requirements for gate agents?  Can’t seem to find these opportunities on the career board

Thanks for your interest in joining Southwest! You will be looking for either a Customer Service Agent or an Operations Agent role. The three requirements for this role are:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required. 
• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
