I'm trying so hard after a alot of years being away from SouthWest! You hired me before, and I think I'm still an awesome candidate.  I'm having trouble logging in/resetting password.  Is there anyone that may help me before the application process closes down?

 humm....I know it sounds silly, but have you tried to re-type your log in information? Mine was giving me a hard time for a bit, but I think it was because my computer saved the wrong password for it.

Kelly... if you have not resolved your issue try FB messenger...they were helpful and quick to answer my questions... it seems that applications will be open until Feb 7 at 11:59 Herb Time (whatever Herb time is) I just got my application submitted. Good luck!

We have heard from a few folks that had this issue today as a result of the turbulence we experienced with our applicant system this morning. You can find some troubleshooting tips in this post. Best of luck!
