I have a very big issue with your company right now

I am trying to figure out why I am being disqualified for a job and I have never applied for a job with the airlines in the past.

I understand the frustration, but publicly expressing anger at a company that you want to work for is no way to make a good impression with the company. I'd suggest you politely and privately contact Southwest's HR department and see if they would be kind enough to offer you any more information.
