How do I set an alert for a certain airport when there are no jobs currently listed there?

For example, I want to set a job alert for Tucson, but without any jobs currently open at TIA, it is not an option to choose from in the drop-down menu.

I would check the jobs listings everyday 

You can only apply when jobs are posted!
