I just read the article in the SWA News Brief written by Dee. He said that his family was in a different city than where he was training for ELDP. He specifically said, "My family has the opportunity to travel and visit me in different locations." Does that mean that Dee was training in multiple cities over the course of the 18 months? Is that typical? Do families ever move around with their spouse that's completing the training?

Greetings!
Thank you for reaching out with your question. I appreciate the opportunity to respond! Participants in the Emerging Leader Development Program often times work in more than one "host location" during their eighteen month experience. For example, one participant may spend one year working in New Orleans at the airport and six months in Houston at one of our Customer Support & Service Centers. Many bring their families along for the journey.
Thank you!

Hello, at what point in the hiring process would you know what locations you'd be working at during the program?
