I'm figuring out that I might have signed up with another email when I applied? So when I go to login I don't remember the password. I did forget password for my current email and it doesn't recognize it. I try the only other email address I would've used at the tjme and it says it sent a reset email to that addtess. I don't have access to that email as it was from my college and they finally removed my account. Help? 

I applied using a different email address than the college one but when I go to login to check my application status it doesn't recognize it despite my emails from Southwest.

Who should I contact if I have technical issues with the online application process?

For technical issues related to the online application process, send a brief description and screenshot of the error message to swapeople@wnco.com.  This account is monitored Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. CT. We do our best to reply within two business days.
