I'm currently a new hire for ramp part time in rdu and would like to know are health benefits cheaper for family of 4 if your full time and also as a new hire I understand pay is low but can I pick up shifts as soon as I'm signed off. I'm a little nervous because i love southwest and I'm taking a 4.00 paycut and would to get advise to see if it's worth it
