Hello there everyone! I'm new here and have just a few questions on the hiring process at SWA!
The system said that I would have received an email with additional questions, however, I did not get the email. Can anyone with this or a similar issue please help to provide guidance on how this can be fixed? Also, how long is the hiring process for the Airport Customer Service position.

@rickyricardo make sure you check your spam folder. Often times, SWA’s emails have gone to spam.
If you check spam, and still no email, be patient and stay positive.
