I have been dispatching for almost 3 years now at another company and my dream job is to be a aircraft dispatcher for southwest but those jobs don't come by everyday. However, if I was to apply for another job such as a crew scheduler, how long would I have to stay in that postion before I can transfer to another department within southwest?
