Does anybody know how to get in touch with the Phoenix Call Center location directly?  I work at a Call Center (different industry) but am doing some market research and trying to connect with other Call Center leaders.

Is there a general email or number I could reach out to?

I don’t think Southwest publishes call center phone numbers for the security of the call center because some might call if they are mad at some employee for one reason or another. 

You could always reach out to Southwest directly through one of the these methods to see if they can help you: Submitting a Suggestion and/or Complaint.
