Question on email received Flight Attendant

Received an email today thanking me for participating in the employment process for Flight Attendant.  Unfortunately it was a rejection email. 

My question is this.  Although it is titled Flight Attendant position, the job requisition number does NOT correspond to the position I applied for and interviewed for last week during my F2F in Dallas.  Also my dashboard still shows under review.  

Does the job requisition number not matter or is there an error?  

Any way I can call or email someone in the position of accurate information?
