Hello!
I have a question regarding the recent Ramp agent position in Dallas. I have a younger brother who is excited to get his foot in the door with Southwest. However, he is currently in school and is set to graduate towards the end of May. He is also not eighteen at the moment but will be turning eighteen on May 6th. He would like to know if he could still apply? He doesn’t want to miss this opportunity.

Hi @MCV,
We are so excited to hear that he is interested in applying to join our Team! Since we are so close to the end of the school year, and he is so close to turning 18, we recommend he go ahead and apply. However, he will need to be 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED before he would be able to begin in the role, if he is selected. He can apply today here. We hope to see his application!
