What’s the operations agent test like?

What’s the test like? It’s it a hard test? Math? Airport codes? Procedure type stuff?

@Travelbug87 , I have not tested for this role, however I can imagine you will be asked question such as airport codes, simple math questions, and general policies and procedures. Have you searched for this information outside of SWA’s site? Several sites I have seen recommend doing research and knowing this information before your interview.
