Flowers for Kiran

This past July, my daughter, granddaughter Kiran, and I flew from Reno to L.A. to go to Disneyland. As we boarded the plane, Kiran asked to visit the Pilots in the cockpit, which was sweetly accommodated by the Flight Attendant.

Before we landed, the Flight Attendant came to Kiran and told her the Pilots wanted her to stop by before she got off the plane. When she entered the cockpit, she was presented with a lovely bouquet of paper napkin flowers that the Copilot made for her!

This is one of the most touching things I have seen, and it’s one of the many reasons I fly Southwest whenever possible—they are the best!
