Wanted to give a big shout out to Jacob Arneson, the gate agent handling our flight on 11-29-2019 from Austin to Denver. Our flight was delayed, then had mechanical issues that required a new plane. Jacob handled the situation in such a calm and friendly manner. He invited people to come to him with all of their questions, then proceeded to answer them all the best he could with the information he had. All in all, Jacob managed a frustrating situation with a smile on his face and a kind heart. Thank you, Jacob!!!
