The announcement of seasonal service with direct flights from Indianapolis to San Diego is welcomed news. But the focus on summer vacations disappoints me. I make this trip year round for business and personal purposes. I'm surprised that your market analysis didn't show the opportunities that exist for the rest of the months. I suspect that the many technical companies in IND and SAN require regular travel between these areas, and who wouldn't want to escape the midwest and spend at least a long weekend in SAN during the winter months? I would not be disappointed to never have to take those 7 to 8 hour flights at 5 or 6 a.m. with connections by Southwest's competitors!
