I was concerned that Southwest would not run this sale this year. Historically it has happened in August --- never before in October.

I remember they had some sale like this in October last year as I booked my crazy AUS to LBB route to hit A List preferred $103 RT with a few hours to play in Vegas 

glad they have it again so I can make an early run towards A List for next year rather than waiting for December like I did last year.
