Interestingly, "The industry's customer satisfaction score increased for the seventh consecutive year in the 15th annual J.D. Power North America Airline Satisfaction Study released Wednesday."

Check out all about it here!

Interesting that Southwest and JetBlue have essentially tied. I've never flown JetBlue but heard good things about that airline. JB has what I'd consider an extreme version of first class seats called "Mint" ... you're practically enclosed in a pod, with a fully reclining seat, free meals, drinks, wi-fi, and other amenities -- but the average cost of a "Mint" flight is $599 one way 😎 I've checked JetBlue off and on and if I wanted to fly "Mint" from PHL to Vegas I'd be paying a cool $3,000+ roundtrip. I'd better get free food and drinks for paying thousands of dollars for ONE roundtrip flight!

...I think I'll stick with Southwest 😉

I flew JB once R/T IAD-LGB, a service no longer available, alas.  In some aspects, it reminded me of SWA...
