Travel funds re-use

If I book a trip with travel funds but later on I need to change that flight can I reuse the same travel funds?

Yes you can,  as many times as you want.

Also note that the expiration date of the funds will stay the same regardless of how many times they are used.  You'll need to complete travel by that date.
