I currently have just over $400 in travel funds from a trip I had to cancel. If I wanted to use these toward a lower priced flight (roughly $240), will I keep the unused funds so I may apply them to another future reservation?

Yes you can use the funds on multiple reservations until all funds are used or the funds expire whichever occurs first.

Absolutely. Just keep in mind that any flight(s) you apply those travel funds to will take on the expiration date of the travel funds, including any additional new funds you may add. Meaning that the new itinerary will expire sooner than if you'd not used the funds, which may be important if you need flexibility to change or reschedule the new flight(s).
