Can my 13 year old niece fly with my 10 and 8 year old children and not have the younger kids be considered unaccompanied minors?

Here is how Southwest defines an Unaccompanied Minor: "Who? Children ages 5-11 traveling without an accompanying Passenger age 12 or older" (this is the source page).
* Edited to add Young Traveler info:
Also this is the source page for Young Travelers, defined by Southwest: "Who?
Children ages 12-17 traveling without an accompanying Passenger age 18 or older".
