Originally when I booked my flight to Havana I was unable to do so on website so I called and booked. Now I am unable to enter passport info (actually first tried a few weeks ago and subsequent attempts since then) and receive unknown error page. I emailed southwest and received a blanket response on how to get to the page but response did not address error message. I called this morning and Barbara is a great help but it did take over 30minutes to straighten this out. She had mentioned that this could be because federal laws changed. I did not think laws had changed yet and I am grandfathered in anyway. Anyone else having a problem?
