Hi, I am an Australian passport holder currently in the US. I was wondering if I booked my tickets to Havana and back to FLL through southwest if I too would be able to use the cuban tourist visa available through the CTS and southwest partnership at the airport. I was also curious as to whether the health insurance covered in the air fare is applicable to non US citizens, specifically Australians. Looking forward to hearing back soon, thank you for your time.

Hi @stuart1991,
Cuba requires that all arriving travelers have a Tourist Card or Visa to enter the country. This visa is to be purchased for all non-Cuban born travelers that are traveling under one of the 12 permitted categories.
Non-U.S. citizens are also required to have health insurance that covers the territory of Cuba. When a Customer purchases their ticket to Cuba, Cuban health insurance provided by ESICUBA and administered by Asistur is automatically included in the cost of the fare. So, the answer to your question is yes, and yes!
